  • BEWARE of signing up for this gym! I pulled my son after 3 classes because of a health issue ( his partner during his class was drooling all over him, and in his MOUTH during their sessions) My husband let the coach know about it- and he agreed to take care of it. The very next day we hear him lecturing the boys about not complaining about who they were paired with and no exceptions will be made. Im sorry- but that is gross and unsanitary! We left messages that were never returned, THEN when we finally went down there to talk to someone- we were told they can not handle Cancellations on Fridays!? When my s husband insisted this has gone on long enough- the girl at the desk relented and said she could- but they were all out of cancellation forms and we would have to come back the following week. She finally gave him a blank piece of paper and told him to HANDWRITE the 2 page cancellation form by copying the one she had. Absurd! Then when we cancellled- we were charged the very next day for tuition. I realize they require a 30 day notice, but my son attended literally 3 times, and we were charged the sign up fee, and 2 months tuition. When you have to quit a gym due to health/ sanitary issues ON THEIR PART, I think an exception should be made! I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place! GROSS! I make it a point to recommend places that give good customer service and I have good experiences with, and I also make it a point to warn people of businesses that are dirty, unhelpful and all about the $ and could not care less about their clients.
