  • This is the worse place ever. And they have the nerve to have a slogan "NO BULL." This place is full of bull shit is what it is. Filled out an online app and rec'd a call from a sales rep telling my husband and I congrats and for us to come down to look at some cars. We get there thing this would be a smooth transaction which ended up being a total nightmare. Before we even got there we had already told the salesman that we were looking for a car in the $10,000 range and he said that was not a problem. When we got there that was not the case. The sales rep took us outside and basically told us there were no cars in that price range and that he had a car that he thought we might like. It was a nice car don't get me wrong but it was a $16,000 car which was way out of our price range. After my husband and I discussed it we decided what the heck. So the salesman had us go back in and sit and that we did for over an hour. Mind you we had been there for at least and hour and a half already. After an hour the salesman told us that they were waiting to hear from the bank and for us to go get some lunch and hang out and he would give us a call back. Because we live in Maricopa we had no choice but to hang out in the city. After 2 and a half hours in the mall and no call we decided to go back only to be told that they couldn't help us. No call back or anything. A few days later we rec'd a call from the financing mgr stating that he was still trying to get us financed and that he would be in touch. Of course he never called back so I decided to call back and got a Mark Martinez who apologized about us not receiving a call back and promised that he would be able to assist me. I gave him the run down and my info and he called me back within 20 minutes saying that he got an approval from three banks for $2000 down ($1000 down and the rest in balloon payments ) He told me to go down to the Ray Rd store and I told him that we had already been there. He said that's fine just go in and they'll take care of you. NOT! Once again we were given the run around. When I told the sales rep that Mark Martinez sent us over there he told me to call Mark. We called Mark but he would not return our calls so we went and met him at their Mesa store where he acted like he had never spoke with us before. This place wasted a whole weeks worth of my time and not to mention gas. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here. EARNHARDT YOUR SLOGAN SHOULD BE" FULL OF BULL" INSTEAD OF "NO BULL"
