Circle K locations are always busy. In fact, they are almost as crowded as QT. Since most rewards cards are stored digitally, it increases the chances that customers will go inside. Including this, facts are that Circle K has tons of customers who just go inside for snack & drinks. Stopped here during rush hour- there were two attendants, but only one was taking customers. Neither attended was engaging, and both seemed distracted. Since they are such a popular chain, they could stand to do a better job with customer service training.
