  • I have 5 Mercedes in my family including 2 S600's V12 one 1998 and one 2006 (my daily driver) 2 of the most complicated cars in the world to fix, I have taken the cars to other Mercedes approved shops and I have never been so pleased until I found Marzocchi, Gerard a NY guy is not just the owner he is has become a friend, he tells it like it is, no PC with him, and I like that, these guys don't quit, some of the issues with my 2006 was the incredibly complicated suspension which is a nightmare if you don't know how to do it, they fixed it twice (different problems) I let them take their time, no fast and quick for me, I want it done right, and not only was fixed properly but Gerard had my car detailed to a mirror finish, months later and my S600 still works beautifully, I don't get what happened with other low reviews but I can say I've seen Gerard deal with some pain in the ass customers while I was waiting for my car and he bends over backward to serve them. I highly recommend this place, they are very busy guys, they do good work so make sure to call them and keep in touch with them and you'll get great service.
