  • So my family and I have been patients of this office for over 3yrs. After today we will Not be. I was scheduled for a filing 1st you can't find my appointment then you explain I have a copay. I question it because, I was told I just had to pay my deductible. The doctor comes over and states all i need to a ay is the deductible. The front desk receptionist proceeds to explain to me about my insurance and what they pay and my responsibility( as if I don't know and in a demeaning tone). I say ok and then she tells me that the office has written off over $500 in fees for me. I don't recall asking to have anything written off so if this was done the doctors had their reasons but, it wasn't at my request. I go sit and wait to be called back and she proceeds to talk about me to the other front desk person as if i cat hear her... OMG, how unprofessional!! I got up and canceled my appointment and she has the nerve to ask me why.. thankfully for her, I chose not to speak on the matter because, her demeanor was already defensive and rude so it would have escalated horribly...Doctors your staff will lose clients for you!!
