  • I was told that Amy, the team leader, would call me. She did not. I followed up the next day and was told that Michelle, the assistant team leader would call me. She did not. What is the point of having team leaders if they don't follow up? I'm tired of following up with people who don't care about their customers. I'm cancelling my account. I don't want to deal with this company again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
