  • To top off my absolutely dreadful run in with this less than efficient company, I received a response from the "owner" on google reviews that literally left my chin to the floor. Not only was the response absolutely inaccurate and fabricated but he accused me of faking my bad review because I work for a different broker. Wow. Just wow. Based on this experience, my landlord now has my personal contact information and we will simply avoid this company for any and all issues moving forward. At least we know how to communicate with each other when there are time sensitive issues on the line.
