  • After disappointment at 2 different locations of Starbucks, I would give Mia and Terry (I am sure I spelled her name wrong, but she is a very sweet and attentive lady) praise. There's a long line, but they are both efficient, friendly, and helpful. With their nice smiles, I don't mind waiting and coming more often.
