  • Just left with no food after waiting 35-40 minutes. I ordered a toasted bagel and a Ruben sandwich. At 30 minutes of waiting, I asked how much longer and was told 'just a few moments.' Ten minutes later I asked for a refund. The man that refunded me apologized and said they were backed up in the kitchen. It was not very busy so I am a little confused. Food looked and smelt good, bummed I didn't get a chance to try it.
