  • Okay, first let me say I love Dutch Brothers Coffee. I think it's a great place and I absolutely love drinking my coffee in the morning. It's perfect every single time. Having said that, they really need to chill out with the talking. When I am on my phone with work and they're still hanging out the window trying to ask me the same questions every time. What do you do for work? Do you like it? Do you like the color red because your car is red? It's too much. I can appreciate great customer service but I think they taking it a little too far. Honestly, I would love to just be able to get my coffee. Instead, I'm bracing myself for somebody hanging out the window asking me 10 questions. Funny thing is everybody that I talk to seems to think the same exact thing. One friend of mine said that they don't like going to the drive-thru unless they have somebody with them. That way they can talk to the person there with instead of the person hanging out the window. They need to learn to read people that don't feel like talking.
