  • I would normally give a good rating but it was the customer service that fell short this time. I wanted to get the It's a 10 hair mask and leave in spray but there was none on the shelf. I asked one of the 3 girls for assistance and she gave me a dirty look (like i interrupted their conversation). I asked her to please check to see if they had any in the stock room. she did finally go check and the didn't. Then i wanted to get my daughter a gift card and asked if they had a location in Iowa. She rudely told me NO. Well they do, 3 locations at that and one right near my daughter. Needless to say they lost a customer. I will shop at Sephora or Ulta from now on.
