  • I set up an appointment, showed up on time but was turned away. I was told my insurance number was incorrect. In fact, it was accurate. After receiving my card, I returned & was given a number from a machine like was done many years ago at the post office. Many people were seen before me that arrived after me. After finally being called back, the dr. took a personal call while I sat there. She barely even knew how to type. I told her I had a hernia but she said I did not. She was not even checking the correct area even though I explained the type and the place. I then had to return for an ultrasound which proved I did have this problem. I was told I would get a referral to a surgeon within the next 2 weeks. When that didn't happen, I called & was told I would get a call back with the info on Monday. Nothing. I then researched and found a place myself. I was seen there and everything went well. I then set up the surgery. After the successful surgery, this clinic called me with referral info. Are you kidding me?!
