  • The worst location. Yes, they are in a location that serves several office buildings, though the store across the street is the same. This morning was the last straw. After waiting over 20 minutes for a mobile order, I inquired. They told me they were busy. Then asked if I checked the mobile order counter, which they had moved from the previous spot. I told them they should have a sign, and they said there's one on the table. Oh, the one surrounded by all the customers so no one can see it? Then after having to show my order I finally got it, after waiting a half hour. 30 minutes! Ridiculous. And the attitude was also unappreciated.
