  • My husband and I stopped in for light dinner and split the beautiful rainbow of color Stetson Salad. Everything in the salad just enhances it flavor along with the creamy pesto dressing. It was plenty of salad for 2 to share. We also split the Pastrami Style Short Rib. The meat was succulent and fork tender with just the right amount of briny taste. The sauce was so good and went so well with the delicious mashed potatoes and the perfectly cooked Brussel sprouts. The sides were a great compliment to dish that just tied it all together and made it the perfect comfort food. Once again it was large enough to share. Our waiter did a great job; so complaints about the service. I almost took away a star for the decor. Its a little funky in there for our tastes but food makes up for it so I left it at well deserving 5 stars.
