  • wow, I don't know what happened to this store - used to love it. Was here Monday, July 20th - disappointed. First, computer wouldn't pull up my member card. Asked for help. all the girl said was to log in and it will print you a new one. Well, couldn't log in but she didn't bother helping anymore. So - any member only sale items I couldn't buy. Second, things were empty or misplaced, it was disorganized - and if you've ever been to Ikea you know this is weird. Third, no one was around to help, and the few that showed up would ignore me or walk away if I approached. And finally, the check out clerk talked with another clerk the entire time I was at his cash register. I used to like Ikea, especially popping into the marketplace for candles etc. But after this experience. I'm not driving up there again for awhile!
