  • Very disappointed with the smug snobbery in this store. I explained I have an 11 year old English Bulldog and he currently eats Royal Canne Bulldog formula. I asked if they carried it and the women at the counter responded "that's crap"I was speechless by the rudeness I pay $70.00 a bag it's hardly kibbles and Bits. I then asked for a suggestion and they had no response. I then told the women that I feed my cats the Bff and Tiki and I purchase it from Burton's Total Pet and as if the women could not be more rude they responded were way better than Burton's. I found them to be so very unprofessional rude and they lost a potential customer in me and my family's non profit cat rescue because of their poor attitudes.
