  • Two months ago, I had the worst experience ever but decided to give it another try today and was so glad I did. Apparently they have 'cleaned house' because the snotty, rude employees that drove me away before have since been let go. The vibe here is completely different - everyone has been so nice and friendly and helpful, and the new kiosks have sped up the process considerably.
