  • Hotel from the Hell!!! Stay away at any cost and save you health!!! Reserved non-smoking room in advance (30 days before an arrival). Have severe allergy on a tobacco products. Had to travel to Vegas due training and conference. Used express check-in at the morning, got confirmation e-mail, had to stay in a line for 35 minutes, - "sorry, online check-in doesn't work like intended". Especially mentioned that I need non smoking room. Got in a room....room smelts like 100 years old tobacco house. Told by unfrinedly help desk person that it's OK to sleep in a smoking room, not a big deal. Had to escalate to the manager. After 10 minutes she promised to clean non-smoking room, but I have to wait 1-2 hours or just suck it up.
