I was leery of using a 'cheap' company for getting my hair cut. Are they significantly less expensive because they used people right out of school? Do they cut, etc. quickly like trying to get people in and out of a restaurant during lunchtime? Honestly, I don't know.
What I do know is I could make a reservation online or by phone, find out the wait time, ask for a particular stylist, and ask what the discount for seniors is.
My last two stylists had been at this salon (Tatum and Greenway) for 12 years combined with. Both were pleasant, actually listened and executed what I wanted. Okay, they did try to sell me product, but without pressure. That's in the job description.
This Great Clips did have haircuttings on the floor which was attended to in a timely manner.
Why didn't I give it 5 stars? The waiting room is small with chairs, hard and too close together... such a sin - haha. This place is nothing fancy. But a shampoo and haircut under $20? Worth the visit!
