  • Our first time at Viva Mercado's will be the first of many! Both the service and food were outstanding. The house salsa was good but the spicier salsa offerings were really something special. My favorite dining experiences start with great ingredients and authentic, simple preparation. They nailed it! The roasted jalapeños with onions, black beans and rice are all perfect sides. Shredded chicken, carne asada and grilled shrimp all had great flavor and were cooked just right. We look forward to tasting our way around the menu to enjoy Viva Mercado's vision of traditional Mexican cuisine.
