rev:text	I agree with the zero stars. I lived at Chandler Meadows Apts. for 4 months and after the 1st month it was an apartment from hell. Read your 43 page lease carefully before you sign it. I didn't because I was new in town and needed an apartment sooner than later. I rented a two bedroom/bath apartment on the first floor rear. My upstairs adult neighbors were loud, didn't work and sounded like a herd of horses tramping through their apartment. My balcony was constantly full of their cigarette ashes and other trash that fell from their balcony. My apartment kitchen window was tampered with (attempted break in) My apartment door entrance lock was weak and had dents in the door that looked like the police SWAT team had kicked it in or the Cartel. I just couldn't take it anymore after I woke up one morning and saw 2 extremely large dead cockroaches ( I think) in the bathroom and 1 in the kitchen. Ok, so mgmt. put me on the exterminator list for the following week (unbelievable) I walked into my apartment another day after the exterminator and a big roach was running across the kitchen floor. I was hitting it with the broom at least 10 minutes before it succumbed (hilarious I know) but I was not going to dare step on it. The lease clearly stated that they will not get involved with theft or vandalism or bodily harm/death of any tenant. "Just make sure you pay your rent on the first because on the 2nd it is late and there will be a 5 day notice." In other words if there are any burglaries, assaults, or any other criminal activities on the premises you will have to find out from someone else, we just want the rent!. I don't recommend this place to anyone from my experience.
