  • Unauthorized charge to my credit card.....During the months of June/July my grandsons were in swim lessons, I personally did not pay for the lessons this year. Last year I did. During the courses, one of the boys was moved into a stroke class. At no time were we ever informed his lesson schedule was different than his swimming lessons or that there was a price difference. Apparently, his stroke class ended a week prior to the swimming lessons and an unauthorized charge was made to my credit card for the price difference. They have kept my credit card information in their files for more than a year and I am not even a member!. Unacceptable.
