  • I have been to this clinic a few times as I live in the Harbourfront area. My experiences overall have led me to leave a negative review. Before leaving for a holiday I was suffering from a chest infection, I couldn't make an appointment with my family doctor in time and arrived here. The doctor inspected me and asked if I smoked and told me I had smokers cough. No, I actually had a chest infection and needed antibiotics. I suffered for 4 weeks until I saw a doctor during my holiday in South America who treated me and I was relieved from my symptoms within days. There is nothing worse than being sick on holiday or not even having a prescription on hand with you, just in case. Today led me to finally leave a negative review. I called the office to see if they were open and taking walk ins or appointments. I knew I had strep throat (spotted tonsils and fever) and wanted a Rx to help quicken my down time. Never would I go to a walk in clinic not knowing what was wrong with me. The receptionist told me the doctor was in and taking walk ins and to just come. When I arrived, the doctor was actually not in and before I could sit down the receptionist told everyone that they needed to reschedule as the doctor was absent. How unprofessional. I know things can happen, but I was lied to over the phone and led to believe it was business as usual. Luckily I have a car and drove to the next place but others were very unhappy and as I left they were giving the receptionist their 2 cents. I find this clinic lacks the professionalism and care.
