  • I love Mr. Rooter because of the fact that your technicians are very skilled AND the service is PERSONAL. When I call in for service, the office staff member is always courteous and gets back to me right away. And the service technicians (we have had Frank and Brianntgus far) are friendly and they clearly explain the scope of the job before they do it. I call it "old school service" - providing service the way it SHOULD be done -capably and also making me feel like the company and its people KNOW me.
