  • This was just kind of weird. I called at 4:05 to make an appointment for a throat scope, she informed me that they do that, I explained I done need a referral with my insurance and that was when it got weird. Sue put me on hold, then picked up and put me on hold, then picked and put me back instantly and then the phone picked up and hung up. This was at 4:15. So I tried to call back, the message said it was after closing time if I got this message. I waited 5 minutes and called back, again with the "if you've reached this voicemail it's because we are closed, I waited until 4:17 and got the same message. On the website it says closes at 5. So maybe I'm not meant to make an appointment here. I'll listen to my gut and move on.
