| - What a great time we had a Il Mulino - when you are seated, they bring you a chunk of grana cheese, bruschetta and fried zucchini - wow! And then they ask if you want an appetizer! I started with a refreshing negroni-like drink with proscecco. For dinner, Hubby got the veal osso bucco with risotto, it was just excellent, tender and full of flavor. I opted for the stracciatella soup, which bought back fond childhood memories, and the arugula salad. The soup was good, but very salty and the salad was light and fresh.
This is a very old school restaurant, there was a small army of folks serving, very proper (in a good way!) and the room was classic elegance. It was a Friday night, but there were not many folks in the restaurant, which was too bad. They are located in the new section of the Forum Shops at Caesars. We really recommend Il Mulino - it's worth finding.
