  • Really disappointed in this Starbucks. A venti drink was made into a grande because they were running low on cold brew and only had enough sweet cream for the smaller drink. It's a coffee shop! How can you be running low on coffee? And if I pay for a larger sized drink and get a smaller one it feels like a rip off.
