  • First off, it's no secret that purchasing a car at a dealership can be stressful and irritating, but with mutual compromise, it doesn't have to be. Most dealers seem to respect the fact that there are indeed some educated and skillful negotiators out there, however BMW of Henderson does not. Had they not have had the one car that my wife wanted, I would have been out of there in a heartbeat. Would have been nice to get my owners manual and second key-fob for my 2013 vehicle, but chances are I will never see that. I am a true believer that any poorly managed business will ultimately run its course; so rather than going on a rant, I truly and honestly only wish them the best of luck.
