I bought a new pair of glasses at this location when they had a sale on frames and lenses. It took me more than an hour to try on pair after pair and finally decide on them. I went up to the counter with the pair I wanted to order. The optical guy checked the computer to confirm the price and then said with lenses it would be x amount. He didn't even ask what kind of lenses I wanted. He looked at the prescription I handed him and just assumed I wanted the most expensive lenses There were several papers on the counter explaining the different types of lenses and prices and I asked him about them. He did his best to try and get me to order the more expensive ones. But since I had bought glasses here before, I ordered what I had previously. Don't let these people hard sell you what you don't need or want.
About a week later, they called to say my glasses were in. I went to pick them up. When I put them on they seemed much darker than I remember but I thought maybe it was the light. I went home but came back the next weekend to check the demo pair I had tried on. Sure enough they ordered me dark blue instead of purple. So they reordered my glasses. 2 days later I was back to pick up the right pair. When I was home cleaning them, I noticed that the left lens was loose. So back to Superstore I went. They didn't have the stuff to fix the lens and I should go to another location if I didn't want to wait 2 weeks for them to order the stuff needed. Off I go to the Superstore on Country Hills NW. The guy there wasn't trained to fix glasses and I left mine with him to have someone else fix them. A couple days later Country Village calls saying my glasses are fixed. They sent them back to the original store for some stupid reason. After 7 trips to Superstore, I have my glasses. But I have to go back to have them adjusted again.
You take your chances here. They have a good selection, decent prices, 1 year warranty, but service isn't greatest. Maybe another location would be better.
