I have called their customer service 3 days in a row. I first sit on hold for 17 minutes and then it forces me to leave a message. This would be fine if they would call back. I have now left 3 messages and even tried emailing them with no success. This company is hands down the worse when it comes to customer service. The reason I need customer service is the couch I purchased is broken and I need a part to repair it.
