  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The guy "cleaned" my carpet (two rooms approximately 400 sq. ft.) in literally 15 minutes and was out the door. When it dried it looked NO CLEANER! I had to clean my carpet myself after he left and had EXTREMELY dirty water from my carpet cleaner (it took several attempts to get my carpet clean). It should not have been this dirty right after he supposedly "cleaned" them. When I called with my dissatisfaction and asked for my money back they gave me the run-around (I had to call several times). They told me that they don't guarantee anything for their "basic cleaning," and that if I wanted it deep cleaned I should have paid more. What is that about? The tech. "cleaning" my carpet did not say a single word about different types of cleaning, prices, or remark that my carpet was in need of anything other than the "basic cleaning." Furthermore, a "basic cleaning" should look at least a little bit better than before the guy started. This company is cheating you! The customer service is abysmal, and the whole "dry clean" thing is a total gimmick. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
