| - Beyond disappointed and wish I could give negative stars. Had a referral to go here over a month ago and no one called me. I called 2 weeks later and said they were waiting on approval from my insurance still. You couldn't have called to tell me?? A whole 2 weeks later, I get a voicemail from a lady asking to set up my appointment. I call back... They don't know what I'm talking about because insurance still hasn't approved. They will call me back when they figure out what's going on, who called me, etc. No call for another 2 weeks. I set up my appointment, need to get a babysitter after work to be here. Drive 45 min to get here and check in at the front desk. They said they'd be with me shortly. Then 5 minutes go by and they call me up and say "So the tech is running 2 hours behind, do you want to come back?" Not only should they have told me before I even got here, but no, I can't come back because it's the holiday season and I have a Christmas party in 2 hours. They need me to reschedule. 2 hours and they just found out?!?! Not likely. If they had said they were so sorry no one called me or they had an oversight, maybe not as bad, but the fact they were acting line they just found out is ridiculous. I asked if I could go to another office and they said insurance has to approve. I'm calling my insurance because this office is beyond disorganized and to be honest, disrespectful of my time. Like I said, wish I could give negative stars.
