  • Worst customer service ever! The store manager needs training on how to deal with clients. He was so rude and should not even be a manager. I called ATT instead and they quickly resolved the problem. Been a ATT client for over 15 years and just bought another iPhone, and to be treated so poorly was disappointing. If anyone has a problem, I suggest calling ATT customer service instead. They are more knowledgeable and have better customer service skills. Avoid this store at all cost! They are not in the business to take care of customers, more interested in taking your money.
