  • I purchase a used 2006 Hyundai Elantra, in great condition and needed it detailed, as I called around I spoke to James at Desert Auto Wash, e gave me a quote over the phone, and decided to bring it in. He said I would have to leave it for 3-4 hours, and gave a greater deal to have the exterior done as well. The guys are very friendly, and courteous, although not so great with detailing skills. I specifically asked to focus on a few areas in the car, such as dog hair, and the a/c vents, James wrote it on the window as well. I went back four hours later, and checked it out, they had not cleaned the areas I had asked, detailing means the cleaning between the cracks, and crevices where the dirt and grime linger, this was clearly not done. They attempted to do it again, but not really that much of a difference the second time. Although they did get all the stains out of the upholstery, I was happy with that, and the waxing of the exterior was good as well. So I will give them 3 stars for now.
