Rennie Park is a deceptively large park tucked away in Swansea. The most accessible part is just off Morningside Avenue, and has a playground, shelters for picnics, plenty of trees, and also enough open space to play catch or touch football. Beyond that are tennis courts and the Rennie rink.
Going further south, though, the park includes baseball diamonds abutting Swansea Community Centre, and continues, tapering south behind the houses fronting Ellis Avenue. Technically, the park keeps going until it reaches Ellis at the base of a small pond just across the street from Grenadier Pond. The southern parkland doesn't get as much use as the upper sections, but it's great for tobogganning in the winter.
