  • The #1 most persistent, aggressive and offensive mass marketer I've ever encountered. 1. Endless insensitive mailings from them basically asking if I'm dead yet 2. They rudely address me by the nickname my mom used to call me. Completely unbusiness-like. 3. Irresponsible wasteful ... assuming they started hounding me when I turned 21 that's up to 4000 expensively printed paper mailings from them before I die, plus postage and their office overhead in the high rent district. Who would trust them to suddenly act responsibly if I did do business with them? 4. Let's put it this way, how would YOU feel if you opened your mail and found a ghoulish offer to put a loved one's body in a cardboard box and set it on fire on the day your loved one died in a fiery car crash? Do these people have no heart at all? 5. In a cutesy play on words they say if you use their business you will "rest easy". No, after I'm dead I'll be dead, I won't be thinking how much I saved by switching to Geico and Neptune.
