  • Our first experience with Audi of Henderson has been quite exceptional. I had called Audi of Henderson and explained I am a 100% disabled retired combat veteran and asked they bring the car/s we had talked about. After a few misunderstandings, the Sales Manager George Alexander called and together we talked out the situation. We are already Audi owners and my wife was looking at an upgrade. We have our own financing and are looking at a 2-3 yr Audi A6 Preowned Certified. Our Salesman, Ernan Paredes and the Sales Manger George Alexander were very accommodating. We traded in our 2010 Audi A6 for a 2014 Audi A6. We got a thousand more for our trade in and a thousand more off the 2014. My wife is very happy as I am as well. Here's the deal, We had spoken with Audi of Las Vegas who were NOT accommodating in any way. We were looking at a 2013 with over 40k miles and they wanted 1k less for this car than the 2014 at Henderson with 21k and offered almost 2k less for our trade. I would not do business with Audi of Las Vegas unless there was absolutely no alternative. We feel we were treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Thank you to the fine professional staff of Audi of Henderson.
