  • I was a very good, very well paying customer to Birchmount Veterinary Clinic. I had two huge problems with them. Every time our Lab was boarded there a few days later without fail *poof* an. ear infection.. Our dog seemed to love it there so we kept putting up with all the extra vet bills, but today was the last straw. I had an appt for grooming, and it was almost a month out when I made it. It was our other dog. It is July and she tends to get a long coat really quickly so I had begged for a cancellation. When they called my husband a week later with a cancellation, my husband was answering the door and asked them if he could call them right back. In the time it took me to walk to the fridge and get the number and call back while he dealt with the contractor at our door they gave the appointment to someone else. Perhaps they should look at how much $$$$$ a customer spends there before treating them like crap!!!! Maybe this is the reason the staff seems to change like crazy. I'm hoping to return to Petopia for daycare and find myself a new vet in my area that will appreciate my business.
