  • This is by far the worse spa experience I've ever had. First their customer service was very poor when checking in. After changing, I waited entirely way too long for my service. I almost fell asleep on the couch waiting! The locker room is so tiny, and doesn't even have a steam room. Not only that, but when checking out, the woman was very rude. UNEXCEPTABLE!
