  • Ok, wow! I'm in Las Vegas from Southern California and my phone went black. I didn't know why. I walked into this Verizon feeling desperate for help. immediately I was helped by Santo. His expertise and kindness went miles for me. He not only helped with existing problem, he helped me with my update. Ken was amazing too. He was helpful to my friend who was with me. California Verizon store has poor customer service. I have been a long time customer and I really want to Respect Verizon but they just have not earned that in the Chino Hills California store. Thank you Santo and Ken.
