  • If Powter Puff Boutique were measured on a scale of adorability, it would rate a squeal usually reserved for tiny kittens frolicking with unraveled yarn balls. Is adorability a word? Who cares. This place is a fantastic little boutique in a hip neighborhood where one could waste an entire paycheck in no time flat. The store is well-curated with dresses, tops, accessories and a case stocked with sparkling jewelry (oh god, the jewelry!) that are consistently fun, and somehow both fashionable and timeless. After styles change, you'll still be able to wear anything you buy here. The pieces are unique, affordable (especially for a boutique) and come in a wide array of sizes. And customer service doesn't get any better than owner Brooke who is almost always on hand to offer suggestions or to style you head to toe if that's what you need. She's helpful, honest and not pushy. And you should probably listen to what she has to say as she exudes style herself. On a scale of adorability, Brooke gets the kitten squeal too.
