  • Worst place ever. The ceiling and walls are thin, so you hear everything. Sounds like people above you are going to crash through the floor. The workers jump over the fence and into your back patio to hook up a hose to fill their ponds without asking. The ponds stink like mildew. People drive carelessly inside the place, sometimes over 30 mph over speed bumps. The worst part is the management. Several of the normal staff are awesome, but the manager is the most rude bitch I have ever seen. They sent us a letter of appreciation for being good tenants on our 1 year mark, and said we had 1 month free rent (we only pay utilities). 6 months later when we put in out 2 month notice to move out, they tell us they made a mistake, and we now have to pay them back for a months missed rent. We tried to explain what we were told to the manager Jaime Kann, and she cut us off every time we tried to say something. She is the rudest woman there. She promised they would take us to court if we did not pay them, but once we said we have proof they will lose, they waited until we moved out and are now trying to send us to collections. There has been several months that they served us court orders to appear in court for missing rent, then when we took them a copy of our bank record showing we paid them and they cashed it, they only said "oops, our mistake". All of our dishes stuck to the so called upgraded cabinets. Maintenance orders put in by the staff usually end up saying something completely different than your problem. I would never live there again, and if I could get the manager Jaime Kann fired, I would do so in a heartbeat. After we moved out, they tried charging us for 8 additional days of rent past our lease, all because they never checked their Dropbox. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
