  • The experience I had The day I rented a boat was great due to Marianne who checked me in. She was so sweet to me and above and beyond helpful. The security person David was so kind too. Over all after the bad customer service when I called, there were other employees that turned my bad experience to a great one. It's advisable to reserve a boat rather than first come first serve.
