  • I come here probably once a week because even though it's overpriced, it's easier than the post office. Today I came in juggling a box and a tired newborn. The lady behind the register shortly directed me to the "retail center" to pay $7.99 for a roll of tape because my box wasn't taped shut. I told her they usually tape them up for me and she said, nope, not for USPS and that I could go to the post office. SERIOUSLY?!?!? Great customer service. It's smaller than a shoebox, you can't spare 2 pieces of tape???? Thanks for nothing UPS store.
