Their business slogan of "No Bull" is a complete lie. I purchased a car 3 months ago because I heard their customer service was great. After leaving the lot with signed papers and agreed financing, 2 months after having the vehicle, I get a call saying that my payment is going to be hundreds more than agreed on because they messed up! I was ready to give the car back instead of trying to negotiate back and forth again. They called back and said they "made it work" somehow. Since I live 45 minuets away, they sent someone out to sign papers so I had to schedule time to arrange this visit. I get a call the following days that the contract was incorrect with the wrong sales tax so they needed us to sign AGAIN. Earnhardt has extremely rude finance advisors that would yell, and hang up while on the phone. After having the car for over 2 months the finance department forgot to remind us that we had to make our first payment to the dealership, so they were chasing us down for payment. Finally almost 4 months later with the vehicle, I get more calls from Earnhardt saying they forgot to take some tracking chip out and need schedule more time to take it out. When calling back to speak with someone to figure this out, not a single person has record of this or knows what is going on.
The communication, customer service, and all around business ethics are as poor as I have ever experienced. I will never take my business back to Earnhardt. There was more "Bull" with finalizing this purchase than any person should have to deal with. Pushy sales, selfish and rude finance department to a point I can't comprehend.
