  • This place is conveniently located where my family lives and the kids simply love it (and of course don't ever want to leave). The rides are fun and the staff truly cares for the safety and well being of the children and adults as well. We have been there multiple times now and on one occasion I reached out to the management with a suggestion on how to make things better and much to my surprise Mr. Ohki even took the time to thank me for my input and responded very professionally. He even made some special arrangement for my family next time we went back which simply shows how much they want families that visit this park to enjoy their time and to feel that they are important to everybody who works for the waterpark. They definitely earned my business for the future and the kids simply can't wait to be back! Thank you and we will be back again soon!
