Terrible delivery experience with Dr. Langdon. After 24+ hours of labor she was cruel to me on the phone (she still wasn't physically there, so she was texting the nurses, and finally called me). Ended up with a c-section after getting to 9.5 cm, and she couldn't give me a good explanation over the phone as to why - nothing but confusion and frustration. I had to obtain the hospital report and research on my own. She had her colleague (Dr. Feng) visit me at the hospital afterward, who had horrendous bedside manner. Dr. Langdon couldn't even remember my baby's sex at the follow-up appointment. She knew I had terrible postpartum depression (thanks in part to the delivery) and didn't seem to be overly concerned. Prenatal appointments involved long waits, but very little face time with her. You feel like they're just churning out patients (and skin rejuvenation treatments). The only redeeming quality was the very friendly front desk staff. We're pregnant with our second and you couldn't pay me to use her again.
