| - I love this place and have been getting my hair cut there for about a year now.
So when my hair grew long enough to donate, you can bet I chose the same place for my colouring! I knew they'd do a fabulous job, even though my hair is tricky and finicky, plus there is a LOT of it. The sheer volume can be difficult to deal with at times.
Anyhow, they worked with my awkward schedule to book an ideal time and may have even shifted some of their timings around somehow, just for me; I can't be sure but it's what my instinct says. This is especially relevant because I had to see Sean twice! once to lop off a big chunk of hair, and again for the real cut after my colouring.
Both Kevin and Sean are amazing, and great people. Super friendly. They understood my needs and catered to them precisely, delivering on my vision and then some! (an ombre with red bleeding into brown)
Honestly, the whole combination turned out to be stunning... so bouncy, rich, fun and complex yet natural looking in the best way possible.
My entire family and group of friends love it as well. A work of art, truly. And I don't give out that type of praise easily, as I've had far too many cuts that fell flat and shapeless before discovering John Steinberg and Associates.
The rest of the staff are fantastic as well. Very genuine. Jenna, who I dealt with at the front desk is lovely, and I'm sorry I can't recall the other names! The level of customer service I received was super. Oh and I was impressed with the little wipe they provided for when I returned home in case the dye left a stain on my skin somewhere (it didn't as far as I could tell, but the thought is much appreciated).
So yes, I would recommend the salon and all of their staff to anyone. There is nothing flat about this place. Or my hair!!!!
