  • so, first time ever visiting Downtown Phoenix Dental, the staff were friendly and the enviroment was good, had anappointment with Dr. BEN BERSCHLER, the visit was to fill 2 cavities and it seemed to go well until later that day, I had a piece of gum and still had the pain in the same location, so made an appointment with a previous dentist I've seen before, Dr. Dallas Steele, and sure enought the CAVITY was still there, so he explained that whomever did the filling did not fill it appropriate, he only filled the sides and did not clean the cavity out he just covered it up. So I truly do not recommend seeing Dr. Ben Berschler, it was a waste of money, since I now have to have it redone and his mistakes fixed.
