  • I wish there was 1/2 a star but I guess 1 will have to do. This place is the worst experience I have every had at a lab. The front office is so incompetent and don't know how to run a busy front office. I needed to have labs done and walked in. I got there at 8:05 am. I asked how many people were ahead of me and the lady tells me 2. I didn't think it was a problem so I waited. No one said anything about they would be seeing all the appointments before the walk ins. I waited 1 hour 1/2 and then walked up again and asked "how much longer I would have to wait and how many more people were in front of me"? The lady couldn't even find my paper since she hadn't even put it up to be called. Then the lady then says well there are 6 appointments ahead of you and 4 walk in. patients. I was so upset i asked her why nobody told me they kept seeing appointment patients and pushing the walk in patients back and she just stared at me like a deer about to get run over. The other lady had the gull to even say" I feel for you". What she should have done is run the front office flow better. This place is a joke and unmanaged. Stay away or make an appointment to ensure you get in!!!
